Billing & subscription FAQ
How trials, plans, upgrades, downgrades, refunds and invoices work in Sakura.
Last updated May 8, 2026
How long is the trial?
7 days, no credit card required. You get the full Growth plan during trial — all integrations, all 6 languages, AI auto-reply included. After 7 days the account is paused unless you pick a paid plan.
What happens at the end of the trial?
On day 6 we send you a summary of what the AI did during the trial (tickets handled, automatic replies, average response time). On day 7 if no plan is picked, the AI stops sending replies, but your data and tickets stay intact for 30 days. Pick a plan within that window and you continue exactly where you left off.
Plans and limits
- Starter ($19/mo) — 1 store, 1 inbox, 500 tickets/mo, 2 languages.
- Growth ($49/mo) — 3 stores, 3 inboxes, 2,000 tickets/mo, all 6 languages.
- Scale ($99/mo) — unlimited stores and inboxes, 10,000 tickets/mo, all 6 languages, BYOK (use your own AI keys).
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Open Billing in your dashboard and pick the new plan. Stripe prorates the difference automatically (you get credit for the unused part of the current plan). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period to avoid losing data mid-cycle.
Where do I find invoices?
In Billing → Manage subscription, the Open Stripe Portal button takes you to the Stripe customer portal where every invoice is downloadable as PDF. You can also update the card and the billing email there.
Refund policy
We refund the most recent month if you cancel within 14 days of the charge and have used less than 100 tickets in that period. Send the request to billing@sakuracrm.cloud — we usually answer within 24h.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account moves to a read-only "frozen" state for 30 days after cancellation. You can log in, export tickets and download invoices. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted unless you reach out to extend.
